The Continental
Located at the entry level of Grand Hyatt Nashville, The Continental is a contemporary American restaurant from Chef Sean Brock. The inspiration for this restaurant build-out came from Chef Brock's desire to transport the timeless aesthetic and excellent service from the golden age of hotel restaurants into the present with a decidedly modern twist. The project's scope was a commercial kitchen, two bars, dining areas, and support space. The carefully crafted space is dotted with vivid colors and bold patterns held in harmony by extensive walnut casework and paneling. Everything was custom-made for this unique space, from the chandeliers to the distinctive red granite bar. Our team worked with Mobile Fixture on the kitchen and bar design, Southern Lights Electric on the custom light fixtures, and Aberdeen Studio designed and built custom steel and walnut carts for tableside service. The result is a unique food and beverage experience.
