Our clients for the Sunnybrook Residence approached us with the desire to build a pool house to stand in contrast to their traditional home. Our design runs parallel to the pool, maximizing the view from the interiors to the water and the lush trees beyond. Tall windows in the living area provide ample natural light, while smaller, operable windows in the lofted sleeping room allow for more light control. The multiple entrances enable the clients to host friend and family gatherings, offering various outdoor and intermediary seating spaces.
