Onsite Dining Hall is a new construction project for Onsite Workshops in Cumberland Furnace, TN. Consisting of a new dining hall and a commercial kitchen facility, the newly built space was designed to replace the campus' existing dining facilities formerly housed in a historic building. The goal for the project was to create a new space that was welcoming, encouraged community building, and served to continue Onsite's mission of personal healing. The result is a spacious, beautiful dining hall filled with light and rooted in both its natural and historical context. The design boasts heavy timber trusses over an outdoor dining porch, steel windows and door systems, and a 36-foot long live-edge wood communal dining table. Our team is honored to have worked on this welcoming new building and been part of such a supportive regional project like Onsite Workshops.
