Noelle

Noelle is a 224-room boutique hotel within the Marriott Tribute Portfolio designed to highlight the building's 88-year history as one of downtown Nashville's first luxury hotels. Originally designed in 1930 by Marr and Holman, our team was responsible for formulating the concept for this rehabilitation, including an 11-story modern addition featuring an aluminum facade with floor-to-ceiling glass wrapping 63 new guestrooms. Our team provided complete FF+E design services, including many custom designs. Bryce McCloud of Isle of Printing curated the artwork. Over 50 local creative partners were commissioned, including Isle of Printing, Andy Mumma, Libby Callaway, Andra Eggleston, New Hat Projects, Kidd Epps, Emil Erwin, and Peck Design Associates. Noelle embodies a place where Nashville locals and visitors from afar come together.
