Our team has been working hard on plans to renovate this historic landmark in the heart of downtown Nashville. Initially built in 1902, it was modeled after an arcade in Milan, Italy. Covering approximately 5 acres between two city blocks, the vision is to maintain several local vendors and reactivate the Arcade as it was originally conceived—a thriving, mixed-use epicenter of the urban downtown community.
