Hillsboro Village Residence
The Hillsboro Village Residence is a renovation of and addition to a 1920s craftsman bungalow transformed into a bohemian salon. This home featurseveral of custom-designed elements, including furniture, casework, lighting, and textiles. “Something old is new again” is a theme that permeates every inch of this residence throughout the interiors and exterior. Working in partnership with Rachel Halvorson on interior decor, we integrated as many reclaimed and antique fixtures as possible. An expansive addition, including a garage, guesthouse, studio, and pool, was integrated into the historic structure in alignment with the Belmont-Hillsboro Historic Overlay.
