The CrossBridge Connection Center project is a new construction, mixed-use multi-family project located in the downtown core of Nashville. The facility contains CrossBridge’s corporate offices, conference and training areas, communal gathering spaces, a commercial catering kitchen, and affordable housing consisting of 10 multi-family residential dwelling units. It was partially funded by a Metro Nashville's Barnes Housing Trust Fund grant. The Barnes Fund makes grants to nonprofit housing developers to increase affordable housing options for Nashvillians. The design aimed to find a balance between functionality and aesthetics with a limited budget and stringent requirements. The building is filled with natural light, takes advantage of downtown views, and is laid out to provide the best support possible for its inhabitants.
