The ground floor flats feature large sliding glass doors that face the courtyard spaces, creating opportunities for makers to interact with patrons. Durable concrete floors and simple, sturdy fixtures provide an ideal canvas for creativity. Tucked away on the upper two floors and accessed via discreet rear stairs, the two-story townhomes offer a sanctuary from the activity below. The program is wrapped in a minimalist palette of corrugated metal siding in neutral colors, deferring to a school-bus yellow apartment building sharing the property.
