12th and Paris

With a limited site footprint, the 12th and Paris development is a mixed-use neighborhood infill program that includes seven commercial/retail units, four office units, and fourteen residential units. We worked with many tenants as interior and furniture designers, including Burger Up. The architecture is respectful of the historical context while creating a new layer of contemporary architecture that is unique and classic, thus stylistically sustainable for future generations. The construction is wood and steel frame, brick, recycled steel, reclaimed wood, and aluminum composite panels, executed under Earth Craft guidelines. The communal, economic, and building sustainability led to the project's overwhelming success during the recession, supporting a thriving community at all levels.
